Orders placed on publicly observed holidays may be processed and shipped on the next business day. Processing or delivery may also be affected by carrier interruptions, severe weather, high shipping volumes, or other circumstances outside our control.
Estimated delivery times begin after the order has been processed and transferred to the shipping carrier.
Domestic shipping: We offer domestic shipping within the United States through USPS, UPS, and FedEx, depending on the delivery service selected at checkout.
Subscription orders: Subscription orders qualify for free shipping within the United States.
Free shipping for subscription orders is provided through USPS.
Customers may choose to upgrade to another available USPS, UPS, or FedEx service by paying the additional shipping charge shown at checkout.
Single purchase orders: Single purchase orders with a merchandise total of more than $30 qualify for free domestic shipping.
Free shipping for qualifying orders is provided through USPS.
Orders with a merchandise total of $30 or less are subject to the shipping charges displayed at checkout.
Customers may also choose to upgrade a qualifying free shipping order to another available USPS, UPS, or FedEx service. Any additional charge will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Estimated domestic delivery times: Delivery times are estimates and begin after the order has been shipped.
USPS Ground: USPS Ground shipments typically arrive within 3 to 5 business days.
USPS Priority Mail: USPS Priority Mail shipments typically arrive within 1 to 3 business days.
UPS, FedEx, and other services: Delivery times for UPS, FedEx, expedited USPS, and other available services depend on the shipping method selected at checkout.
Any delivery estimate shown at checkout is based on information provided by the carrier and is not guaranteed. Actual delivery times may vary due to carrier performance, weather conditions, holidays, service interruptions, destination, and other circumstances outside our control.
International shipping: International shipping is available to eligible destinations through USPS or UPS.
Shipping charges are calculated based on the destination, package details, carrier availability, and selected delivery service.

Estimated international delivery time: International orders typically arrive within 5 to 21 business days after shipment.
Delivery times may vary depending on the destination, carrier performance, customs processing, local postal services, holidays, weather conditions, and other circumstances outside our control.
Carrier delays and service interruptions: Once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, delivery is subject to the carrier’s operating schedule and performance.
USPS, UPS, FedEx, and other carriers may experience delays caused by public holidays, severe weather, high package volumes, transportation interruptions, service disruptions, customs processing, or local delivery conditions.
Longevity Premier cannot guarantee an exact delivery date and is not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier or circumstances outside our reasonable control.
Shipping address accuracy: Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address when placing an order.
Please review the recipient name, street address, apartment or suite number, city, state or province, postal code, and country before submitting the order.
An incorrect or incomplete address may result in a delay, failed delivery, return to sender, or additional shipping charges.
Please contact us as soon as possible if you notice an error in your shipping address. We will make reasonable efforts to update the address before shipment, but changes cannot be guaranteed after an order has entered processing or has been transferred to the carrier.
