1. Program Scope and Related Policies

These Terms apply only to purchases identified as Subscribe and Save. A single purchase does not enroll you in the program. Each subscription covers only the product, quantity, and variant shown when you enroll or later approve.

Our Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy, Return Refund and Exchange Policy, Promotions Discounts and Pricing Policy, and Cash Rewards and Referral Program Terms also apply when relevant. If these Terms conflict with another Longevity Premier policy about the operation of a subscription, these Terms control for that issue. A right that applicable law does not allow you to waive always controls.

2. Eligibility and Account Information

You must be at least 18 years old, have legal capacity to enter a contract, and be authorized to use the payment method provided. Subscriptions are intended for personal, family, or household use unless we approve another use in writing.

You must provide accurate contact, billing, and shipping information. You are responsible for keeping that information current and for protecting your account credentials. Depending on the checkout method, you may be asked to create or activate an account to manage the subscription. If you cannot access the account, you may still cancel through the email, phone, or text methods in Section 7.

3. Enrollment and Express Consent

Before you provide final consent, the checkout flow will clearly display the material subscription terms near the consent request. These include the product and quantity, the recurring charge or pricing method, the charge frequency, the delivery frequency, the fact that the subscription continues until cancelled, any minimum commitment, and the available cancellation methods.

If a trial or temporary promotional price applies, the checkout flow will also identify its duration and the price or pricing method that follows.

You enroll only after selecting Subscribe and Save, choosing the offered subscription details, taking a separate affirmative action to accept the automatic renewal terms, and completing checkout. A preselected option or your silence does not constitute consent.

Your affirmative action constitutes your express consent to the automatic renewal terms and your written authorization for Longevity Premier and its payment service providers to charge the payment method you supply for the initial order and each renewal. This authorization remains effective until your cancellation takes effect or the subscription otherwise ends.

Promptly after enrollment, we will send a confirmation that you can retain. It will identify the subscription, recurring price or pricing method, charge and delivery frequency, next expected renewal date, cancellation deadline, and cancellation methods. It will also include these Terms or a durable link to the version you accepted.

4. Subscription Price Discounts Shipping and Rewards

The recurring product price and any subscription discount are shown before enrollment. Unless a promotion expressly states that its price is temporary, the displayed subscription price applies until it is changed under Section 10.

A savings comparison is based on the single purchase price shown when the comparison is made. A change to the single purchase price does not by itself change your subscription price.

At the effective date of these Terms, eligible United States subscription orders receive free standard shipping when that benefit is shown at checkout and in the enrollment confirmation. Expedited shipping, international shipping, special handling, and addresses that require a surcharge may cost extra if the amount is disclosed before the order is submitted.

A future reduction of an included shipping benefit is handled like a price increase under Section 10.

Taxes are calculated for each order using the information and rates then available. Tax changes imposed by a government authority do not constitute a subscription price increase. Shipping charges may also change when you change the shipping destination or delivery method, provided the updated charge is disclosed before you approve that change.

Subscription orders may earn or use rewards only as provided in the Cash Rewards and Referral Program Terms. Unless a promotion says otherwise, subscription discounts cannot be combined with other discounts. Promotional eligibility, reward value, and discount calculations are governed by the terms presented with the applicable offer.

5. Renewal Schedule and Recurring Charges

Your subscription renews at the delivery interval you select, such as every 30, 45, 60, or 90 days. We charge the payment method on file on or about the renewal date shown in your account and reminder notice. We then create the order for shipment.

A renewal date may move by a small number of days because of weekends, holidays, payment processing, inventory, carrier operations, or a schedule change you request. We will not intentionally charge you more often than the frequency you approved without obtaining your affirmative consent.

Each renewal charge covers only the products and quantities in that subscription, plus applicable tax and any properly disclosed shipping charge. Adding a new product or increasing quantity requires your affirmative action.

Each processed renewal is a separate purchase and is subject to the policies in effect for that order, except that a later policy cannot remove rights that had already vested or rights protected by law.

6. Renewal Reminders and Other Notices

Before each routine renewal, we will send a reminder to the email address associated with the subscription. We ordinarily send it at least five calendar days before processing.

The reminder will identify the subscribed items, quantity, expected charge amount, expected renewal date, and a direct way to manage or cancel the subscription.

We will also send any annual reminder, long term renewal notice, trial expiration notice, promotional price expiration notice, price notice, or material change notice required by applicable law. The timing and content of a legally required notice will follow the law that applies to that subscription.

Please keep your email address current and review subscription messages. If a message is returned as undeliverable, we may use another contact method you provided or pause future renewals until we can reach you. A notice failure does not waive any remedy or cancellation right that applicable law gives you.

7. Skipping Pausing Changing and Cancelling

You may skip a shipment, pause a subscription, change an offered delivery frequency, update permitted subscription details, or cancel without a fee or minimum commitment. Available changes may depend on product availability and the stage of order processing.

Online. Use the subscription account at account.longevitypremier.shop or the Manage subscription link on our website or in a subscription email. After reasonable account authentication, you can cancel online without contacting customer service. The cancellation control will remain available during any optional offer or explanation.

Email. Send a cancellation request to cs@longevitypremier.com from the email address associated with the subscription when possible.

Phone or text. Call or text 1-877-529-1118 . If you leave a voicemail that clearly requests cancellation, we will process it or contact you about the request within one business day. We will not require you to accept a retention offer before cancelling.

A cancellation request is effective when it reaches one of the designated methods above and contains enough information to identify the subscription. We will send a confirmation after a skip, pause, material change, or cancellation. Contact us if you do not receive confirmation.

To prevent the next charge, submit the cancellation no later than 11:59 p.m. Eastern Time on the calendar day before the renewal date shown in your account or reminder.

We will also honor a cancellation received on the renewal date if it arrives before processing begins. If a timely request is not applied because of our processing error, we will cancel the subscription and promptly refund the resulting renewal charge.

A cancellation received after a renewal has been processed stops later renewals. It does not automatically cancel, recall, or refund the processed order. You may request any return or refund available under the Return Refund and Exchange Policy or applicable law.

If the online account is unavailable, use email, phone, or text. If you reactivate a cancelled subscription, the reactivation is a new enrollment and requires your affirmative consent to the price and terms then presented.

8. Returns Refunds and Processed Orders

The Return Refund and Exchange Policy governs a renewal order that has already been processed or shipped. Cancellation of the subscription and return of a processed order are separate actions. You must follow the return instructions for the order unless we agree otherwise or applicable law provides a different remedy.

Nothing in these Terms limits a right to dispute an unauthorized charge, reject unordered merchandise, obtain a refund required by law, or use a payment method protection that cannot lawfully be restricted.

If you believe a charge was unauthorized or incorrect, contact us promptly so we can investigate. Contacting us does not limit any separate right you may have with your payment provider.

9. Failed Payments and Payment Updates

If a renewal charge is declined, we may notify you and retry the payment periodically for up to 14 days. We do not charge a late fee for these retries. Your bank or payment provider may apply its own fees under its agreement with you. We may pause or cancel the subscription if payment remains unsuccessful.

You authorize our payment service providers to use updated card numbers, expiration dates, or replacement credentials supplied through a card account updater service.

You may update your payment method in your account. Updating a payment method does not change the product, price, frequency, or cancellation terms you previously accepted.

10. Price Changes and Material Changes

We may lower a subscription price or add a benefit without additional consent. We will not charge a higher subscription price or reduce an included shipping benefit unless we first give you a clear notice within the period required by applicable law and obtain your affirmative consent.

The notice will identify the proposed change, when it would begin, and how to cancel. If you do not consent, we may keep the existing terms, pause the affected subscription, or cancel it before the higher charge or reduced benefit takes effect.

We may revise these Terms prospectively. For a material change, we will give clear notice in a form you can retain, normally 14 to 30 days before the change takes effect. If applicable law requires new consent, we will obtain it.

Otherwise, the revised Terms apply to renewals processed after their effective date if you keep the subscription active. A change required by law or needed to address fraud, security, or an immediate operational risk may take effect sooner. We will give notice as soon as reasonably practicable and will not reduce a nonwaivable right.

11. Product Availability and Product Changes

Packaging, labels, ingredient sources, capsule appearance, and other nonmaterial product details may change when permitted by law.

If a subscribed product is materially reformulated or otherwise materially changed, we will notify you before the next affected charge and provide a clear opportunity to cancel. We will obtain new consent when required by law.

We will not replace a subscribed product with a different product without your affirmative consent.

If a product is unavailable, discontinued, subject to a recall or safety concern, or cannot lawfully be sold or shipped to you, we may delay, pause, or cancel the affected item. If we charge for an item that we cannot ship, we will refund that item.

We are not responsible for a delay caused by events outside our reasonable control, but this does not limit any refund or cancellation right required by law.

12. Program Limits Suspension and Termination

We may set reasonable quantity limits or decline, suspend, or cancel future renewals when reasonably necessary because of suspected fraud, unauthorized payment use, resale activity, promotional abuse, repeated undeliverable shipments, legal or safety requirements, product availability, pricing or system error, or discontinuation of the program.

We may request information reasonably needed to verify the account or payment method.

When practical, we will give notice of a suspension or cancellation. We will refund any amount collected for an item that will not be shipped.

Ending future renewals does not affect obligations or rights arising from an order already processed. We will exercise these rights consistently with applicable law.

13. Subscription Communications and Records

By enrolling online and providing an email address, you select email as the primary method for subscription notices.

You agree to receive enrollment confirmations, renewal reminders, receipts, shipping notices, payment notices, price and material change notices, and account confirmations electronically. These are transactional messages. They may be sent even if you opt out of marketing messages.

We may retain records of the checkout disclosures, your consent, confirmations, notices, account changes, cancellations, and transactions for the periods required or permitted by law. Our handling of personal information is governed by the Privacy Policy.

14. General Legal Terms

These Terms and the related policies identified in Section 1 form the agreement governing the program. No customer service statement changes these Terms unless Longevity Premier confirms the change in writing. Our failure to enforce a provision once is not a waiver of that provision.

If a provision is found unenforceable, it will be enforced to the maximum extent permitted and the remaining provisions will continue in effect.

We may assign or transfer the program and these Terms to an affiliate or a successor in connection with a merger, reorganization, sale, or transfer of relevant business assets, subject to applicable law and the Privacy Policy.

You may not transfer a subscription or these Terms without our written consent.

Nothing in these Terms waives a consumer protection, cancellation, refund, notice, or other right that applicable law does not permit you to waive. If these Terms provide greater protection than the minimum required by law, these Terms apply.
