We care about every customer of ours. We want you to be fully satisfied with every order you have with us. If not, you may return the item within 30 days from the original purchase date for a full refund of the purchase price, minus any shipping, handling, gift wrap, or other costs.
The item must be returned, unused or used less than one half of the original quantity, in good condition, in original boxes (whenever possible), and with all paperwork and accessories to ensure full credit. If you were not charged a shipping fee for the original order, we would not reimburse you for any return shipping. If your return was due to the mistake of our warehouse, we will provide you with a prepaid shipping label.
It takes between 3 to 5 business days to process your refund once the returned product is received.
Though we want to make the return process and policy as simple and convenient as possible, we do require a prior return authorization to prevent abuse on our worry-free return policy. In addition, due to the differences in individual health history, any medication(s), lifestyles and many other factors, we do not implicitly or explicitly provide a guarantee on any specific health benefits. Our satisfaction guarantee should not be considered or used for sampling purposes. We reserve the right to charge an additional restocking fee up to 35% of the purchase price for repeat return(s) from the same customer or address.

If your return is approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 5 business days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org and send your item to PO Box 3821, Huntington Beach, CA 92605
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he/she will find out about your return.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
