Longevity Premier Nutraceuticals Inc.
Gift Card Terms and Conditions
Effective Date: September 14, 2026
Applies to Longevity Premier digital gift cards and related credits
Important dispute notice. Section 15 incorporates individual arbitration, class and jury trial waivers, a contractual limitations period, and liability limitations from the Website Terms.
1. Scope Acceptance and Related Terms
These Gift Card Terms and Conditions govern digital gift cards purchased from Longevity Premier Nutraceuticals Inc. through longevitypremier.com and any replacement code representing paid gift card value.
A person who purchases, receives, possesses, accesses, or uses a Gift Card accepts these Terms. If that person does not accept them, the Gift Card must not be used.
The Comprehensive Website Terms Privacy Notice and Consumer Policies posted on the Website are incorporated by reference and are called the Website Terms.
The Website Terms include provisions concerning electronic records, prohibited conduct, warranty disclaimers, limitations of liability, informal dispute resolution, individual arbitration, class and jury trial waivers, a contractual limitations period, governing law, and changes.
These Gift Card Terms control if they conflict with the Website Terms on a matter specific to Gift Cards. Mandatory law controls only to the extent it cannot lawfully be varied.
Gift Card means a digital code issued in a specified United States dollar amount in exchange for payment and redeemable only for eligible purchases from Longevity Premier.
Promotional Credit means value issued without payment or for less than its stated value as a reward, promotion, referral benefit, courtesy, or other incentive.
Store Credit means value issued in connection with a return, adjustment, or customer service resolution.
Promotional Credit and Store Credit are governed by Section 12 and are not purchased Gift Cards except to the extent mandatory law provides otherwise.
2. Issuance Purchase Limits and Verification
Gift Cards are issued only in the denominations, quantities, and purchase limits displayed at the time of sale.
Longevity Premier may decline, delay, limit, reverse, or cancel a Gift Card transaction before the Gift Card is redeemed if payment authorization fails, the transaction appears erroneous or unlawful, identity or payment verification is incomplete, a purchase limit is exceeded, or fraud, abuse, sanctions, security, or technical concerns arise.
Longevity Premier may require proof of identity, proof of payment, account verification, or other information reasonably related to the transaction.
A Gift Card may not be purchased with another Gift Card, Promotional Credit, Store Credit, reward, or any payment method that the checkout does not accept.
Unless an offer expressly states otherwise, purchasing a Gift Card does not earn rewards and does not count toward a promotional minimum, free shipping threshold, referral qualification, or subscription discount.
No Gift Card exists and no value is owed until Longevity Premier receives cleared payment and its system activates the code.
An order acknowledgment is not an acceptance or activation. Longevity Premier may correct an amount or other manifest error before activation.
If Longevity Premier cancels an unactivated Gift Card order, its obligation is limited to returning the amount actually received to the original payment method, subject to payment network processing.
3. Electronic Delivery and Recipient Information
The purchaser is solely responsible for the accuracy of the recipient name, email address, message, and requested delivery date.
Delivery dates and times are estimates. Spam filtering, mailbox settings, internet service, recipient systems, platform outages, security review, and other matters outside Longevity Premier's control may delay or prevent delivery.
Delivery to the email address supplied by the purchaser, or making the code available to the purchaser for delivery, completes Longevity Premier's delivery obligation.
After delivery, the risk that the code is intercepted, forwarded, disclosed, deleted, or used by another person rests with the purchaser and recipient except to the extent mandatory law provides otherwise.
Longevity Premier has no duty to determine whether a person presenting a valid code is the intended recipient.
A request to change a recipient address, delivery date, or message may be honored only if Longevity Premier can reasonably process the request before delivery.
Longevity Premier does not guarantee a correction or recall.
A purchaser must not use Gift Cards for unlawful payments, money transmission, resale, speculation, or any transaction that obscures the source or destination of funds.
4. Redemption and Permitted Use
Gift Cards are redeemable only through longevitypremier.com for eligible products, digital content, shipping, and applicable taxes sold directly by Longevity Premier.
They are not redeemable through Amazon, eBay, another marketplace, an independent retailer, or a third party.
They may not be used for wholesale, distribution, private label, contract manufacturing, or bulk ingredient transactions unless Longevity Premier expressly agrees in the applicable written commercial agreement.
A Gift Card cannot be used to purchase or fund another Gift Card.
Longevity Premier may exclude a product, service, subscription, transaction, or jurisdiction when required by law, platform capability, fraud controls, payment rules, or a specific offer.
The checkout display controls whether more than one Gift Card, discount, or other payment method may be used in a transaction.
If an order exceeds the available Gift Card balance, the purchaser must use another accepted payment method for the difference.
Any unused paid balance remains associated with the code unless it is redeemed, refunded, transferred to a replacement code, remitted as unclaimed property, or otherwise handled as required by law.
A Gift Card is not a bank account, deposit, debit card, credit card, or security. It earns no interest and is not insured by any government agency.
5. Subscriptions and Recurring Charges
A Gift Card may be used for a subscription purchase or renewal only if the checkout and subscription platform permit it at the time.
Longevity Premier does not promise that a Gift Card can serve as the sole or backup payment method for recurring charges. A valid backup payment method may be required.
Applying a Gift Card to a subscription does not cancel the subscription or limit authorization to charge another payment method.
When the Gift Card balance is insufficient, unavailable, expired as to promotional value, or not supported by the platform, the remaining amount may be charged to the subscription payment method under the Subscribe and Save Automatic Renewal Terms.
The subscriber remains responsible for managing or cancelling the subscription before the applicable renewal cutoff.
6. Expiration Fees and Purchased Value
Purchased Gift Card value does not expire.
Longevity Premier does not impose activation, dormancy, inactivity, maintenance, balance inquiry, or service fees on purchased Gift Card value.
This Section does not prohibit a charge imposed by an unaffiliated internet, wireless, payment, or other service provider.
A printed or electronic delivery credential may be replaced for security or technical reasons without affecting unredeemed purchased value.
If a credential displays an administrative expiration date while the underlying funds remain available, Longevity Premier will provide a replacement or another method of access as required by law.
7. Cash Redemption
Gift Cards are not redeemable for cash, check, electronic transfer, or credit to a payment account except where applicable law requires cash redemption.
A person requesting a legally required cash redemption must provide the code, contact information, proof reasonably sufficient to establish lawful possession, and any information required for payment, tax, fraud prevention, sanctions screening, or unclaimed property compliance.
Longevity Premier may choose the legally permitted method of payment. It may deduct no amount from purchased value except as permitted by law.
A request may be denied if the code has no qualifying balance, was not lawfully obtained, has already been redeemed or remitted, cannot be authenticated, or does not satisfy the law governing the request.
8. Lost Stolen Disclosed or Compromised Codes
A Gift Card code must be protected as if it were cash.
Longevity Premier is not responsible for a code that is lost, stolen, deleted, misdirected, disclosed, sold, transferred to a scammer, or used without permission.
Federal law does not require replacement of a lost or stolen Gift Card. Any nonwaivable state right remains available.
If notified before redemption, Longevity Premier may freeze, cancel, replace, or decline to replace a code after reviewing the circumstances.
Any accommodation is discretionary.
Longevity Premier may require the original receipt, payment record, purchaser identity, recipient information, sworn statement, police report, or other evidence.
A replacement, if issued, is limited to the balance verifiably remaining when the freeze became effective.
Longevity Premier may provide the replacement only to the verified purchaser or through another method it considers secure.
9. Fraud Error and Prohibited Transactions
A Gift Card is void to the extent it was obtained, funded, transferred, or used through fraud, theft, unauthorized payment, chargeback, technical manipulation, violation of these Terms, or other unlawful conduct.
Longevity Premier may suspend the code, cancel unredeemed value, refuse an order, reverse a redemption, withhold a refund, or recover products and amounts obtained through prohibited conduct.
These remedies are cumulative and do not limit a report to a payment provider, platform, carrier, regulator, or law enforcement authority.
Longevity Premier may correct a clerical, system, ledger, activation, redemption, or balance error.
Its transaction records control absent clear evidence of manifest error.
A balance display is informational and does not create value beyond the amount lawfully paid and not previously redeemed, refunded, reversed, or remitted.
10. Returns Refunds and Chargebacks
Gift Card purchases are final after activation and are not returnable or refundable except where mandatory law requires otherwise.
A request made before activation may be granted or denied in Longevity Premier's discretion.
Cancellation of a Gift Card order does not require Longevity Premier to recall a code already delivered or disclosed.
A refund for merchandise purchased with a Gift Card will be credited to the same Gift Card, a replacement Gift Card, or Store Credit, as Longevity Premier determines.
A split payment refund may be allocated among the original methods in an order selected by Longevity Premier.
The Return Refund and Exchange Policy and the Website Terms govern merchandise eligibility, deductions, timing, and inspection.
A payment dispute concerning the purchase of a Gift Card may cause the Gift Card, related account, and transactions funded by it to be suspended.
If a charge is reversed after the Gift Card is redeemed, the purchaser remains liable for the redeemed amount and associated losses to the extent permitted by law.
11. Scams and Third Party Dealings
No government agency, court, utility, lender, law enforcement officer, or legitimate business should require payment through a Longevity Premier Gift Card.
A person asked to purchase a Gift Card and disclose the code to pay a debt, tax, fine, fee, ransom, prize charge, technical support charge, or emergency demand should not proceed.
Longevity Premier does not authorize any Gift Card exchange, reseller, broker, or secondary market.
A transfer through an unauthorized service is at the parties' risk.
Longevity Premier is not a party to the transfer and owes no duty to verify value, recover a code, resolve a dispute, or reimburse either party.
12. Promotional Credit and Store Credit
Promotional Credit and Store Credit may be subject to eligibility conditions, excluded products, use limits, nontransferability, minimum purchases, an expiration date, and other restrictions disclosed when issued.
Promotional Credit may expire or be revoked as stated in the applicable offer because it is issued without payment.
Paid value embedded in a combined code remains subject to Section 6.
Promotional Credit and Store Credit have no cash value except where applicable law expressly provides otherwise.
They do not constitute wages, property, a trust, or an account.
Longevity Premier may reverse value issued by mistake, issued for a transaction later cancelled or refunded, or obtained through abuse.
A courtesy credit does not admit liability and does not require a similar credit in another matter.
13. Unclaimed Property and Legal Process
Longevity Premier may report and remit unused value to a government authority as required by applicable unclaimed property law.
After remittance, the holder must seek recovery from the authority, and Longevity Premier has no further payment obligation except as required by law.
Longevity Premier may deduct or retain amounts permitted by the governing unclaimed property law when calculating the reportable amount.
Longevity Premier may restrict, disclose, transfer, or pay Gift Card value in response to legal process, sanctions requirements, an order, or a government request.
It may require documentation before recognizing an assignment, estate representative, guardian, attorney in fact, or other claimant.
14. Changes Suspension and Termination
Longevity Premier may change these Terms prospectively by posting a revised effective date.
A change will not reduce purchased Gift Card value or impose an expiration or fee prohibited by law.
The version in effect when a Gift Card is purchased governs that purchased value, subject to later changes required by law or accepted through use after adequate notice.
Longevity Premier may suspend issuance or redemption temporarily for maintenance, security, fraud review, legal compliance, or events outside its reasonable control.
It may discontinue future Gift Card sales. Discontinuance does not extinguish valid unredeemed purchased value.
15. Disputes Limitations and Governing Law
Sections 34 through 37 and 40 of the Website Terms are incorporated into these Terms.
They include warranty disclaimers, limitations of liability, an informal notice requirement, binding individual arbitration, class and representative action waivers, a jury trial waiver, a contractual limitations period, and Delaware governing law.
The Website Terms explain the arbitration opt out procedure.
A recipient who did not purchase the Gift Card has the same rights and obligations when using it.
No provision limits a right or remedy that applicable law makes nonwaivable.
If a particular restriction is unenforceable, it will be enforced to the maximum lawful extent and severed only to the minimum extent necessary. The remainder remains effective.
