Effective Date: October 29, 2026
This Policy governs requests to return, replace, exchange, or obtain a refund for products purchased directly from Longevity Premier Nutraceuticals Inc. through longevitypremier.com. It states the conditions for our voluntary return program and the procedures used to evaluate each request. It does not limit any right or remedy that applicable law does not permit us to limit.
This Policy applies to retail orders placed directly on longevitypremier.com. Purchases made through Amazon, eBay, Walmart, another marketplace, a retail store, a distributor, or another seller are governed by that seller's return policy.
Requests involving wholesale, bulk ingredient, private label, distributor, or business purchases are governed by the written terms for that transaction and Section 13.
The following order applies when documents address the same return issue: mandatory law; a product specific or promotion specific term clearly disclosed before purchase; this Policy; then the Terms of Service and other incorporated policies.
The Auto Delivery Terms and Purchase Options Cancellation Policy control auto delivery cancellation and future renewals. This Policy controls the return of a renewal order already processed. The International Shipping Customs and Import Policy controls international logistics and charges, subject to Section 15.
The Policy in effect when the order was placed governs that order unless mandatory law requires another result or we elect to apply a later provision that is more favorable to the customer. An exception for one customer or order does not amend this Policy or require the same result in another matter.
Words such as eligible, satisfactory, comparable, excessive, misuse, defect, damage, reasonable, and similar terms require a factual determination.
Except where applicable law assigns that determination elsewhere, Longevity Premier makes it after considering the order record, product condition, photographs, tracking, lot information, communications, safety concerns, prior return activity, third party information, and any other relevant evidence.
Where this Policy states that Longevity Premier may take an action, we retain the choice whether to take that action and, when more than one remedy is legally available, which remedy to provide.
We may request additional information, require return or disposal, waive a procedural condition, approve a partial remedy, or provide a goodwill credit. We will not use this discretion to eliminate a nonwaivable right or avoid a remedy required by law.
An authorized return must be tendered to the carrier within 30 days after the original purchase date. Goods may be shipped only after we issue a Return Authorization, so the purchaser should submit the request early in that period. Shipping by the deadline preserves only the opportunity for review. It does not establish eligibility or guarantee a refund.
Returns shipped after the deadline may be considered as a goodwill exception at our discretion.
The request must identify the order number, purchaser, product, quantity, reason for the request, condition of each unit, and any other information reasonably needed to verify the transaction.
We may require photographs, lot and expiration information, proof of purchase, identity verification, shipping records, or a signed statement. Failure to provide reasonably requested information may delay or prevent approval.
If the request appears eligible, we will issue a Return Authorization with instructions. Authorization permits the customer to send the identified goods for inspection. It is not final approval of a refund.
Unless the authorization states otherwise, the return must be tendered to the carrier by the deadline in Section 3.1. We may close a request if the deadline passes before the return is shipped.
Returned goods must correspond to the order and Return Authorization. They must include the original containers, labels, packaging where reasonably available, paperwork, accessories, and promotional items required by Section 14.
Sealed units must remain sealed. Products that are expired, altered, substituted, mixed with other contents, damaged after delivery, improperly stored, contaminated, or missing identifying information may be denied or receive a reduced refund.
The following opened product limits apply to a standard return under Section 3. They do not determine whether a product is defective under Section 8 or whether a mandatory legal remedy applies.
We may estimate use by count, weight, fill level, order history, photographs, or inspection. Empty containers and products used beyond these limits are not eligible for a standard refund.
Acceptance of one opened product does not create a warranty of taste, tolerance, compatibility, or a particular health result.
Unless we provide a prepaid label because of an error attributable to Longevity Premier, the customer is responsible for return shipping, packaging, insurance, customs charges, and compliance with carrier rules.
A prepaid label supplied as a courtesy may be deducted from the refund if that deduction was disclosed when the label was issued.
The customer bears the risk of loss or damage until the authorized return is received at the designated processing location. We recommend a trackable service.
A carrier acceptance record does not establish the contents or condition of the package. The customer must retain tracking and shipping records until the request is completed.
A return is not complete until we receive, identify, and inspect it. Goods sent without authorization, sent to the wrong address, or not reasonably identifiable may be refused or delayed.
Where permitted by law, we may return them at the sender's expense. If the sender does not provide instructions and payment after reasonable notice, we may dispose of them after 30 days without issuing a refund.
For an approved standard return, the starting amount is the price actually paid for the eligible returned goods. It is not the list price, current price, or replacement value.
We may then apply the deductions and allocations permitted by this Section. No deduction will be applied when prohibited by law.
Applicable sales tax will be adjusted as required by law. Amounts paid with a gift card are ordinarily credited to a gift card. A split payment may be refunded proportionally.
Approved refunds are normally initiated within 10 business days after inspection and final approval. We may wait until the goods are received or the customer supplies acceptable proof of return when the law permits.
Refunds are ordinarily sent to the original payment method. If that method cannot accept the refund, we may provide store credit, a replacement, or another lawful method. Financial institutions may require additional time to post a credit.
We do not ordinarily exchange an eligible product for a different product. The customer may complete an approved return and place a new order.
For a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, we may provide the same item, a reasonably comparable item with the customer's agreement, replacement components, store credit, or a refund as described in Section 8.
An exchange or replacement is subject to availability. Unless required by law, the available remedy is determined by Longevity Premier after review.
Visible transit damage, an incorrect item, or a missing item must be reported within seven days after delivery.
A defect not reasonably discoverable during that period must be reported promptly after discovery and before the labeled expiration date.
The customer must preserve the product, shipping carton, packaging, and label information until we provide instructions.
We may require photographs, video, lot information, a carrier inspection, a written description, return of the item, or other reasonable evidence.
We may deny a claim when the evidence is insufficient, the item has been discarded contrary to instructions, the condition resulted from customer handling or storage, or the claim is inconsistent with reliable order or carrier records.
After verifying a qualifying claim, we will provide a commercially reasonable remedy. Depending on the facts and applicable law, the remedy may be replacement, reshipment of a missing quantity, replacement components, refund to the original payment method, store credit, or another agreed solution.
If law gives the customer a specific choice or remedy, that law controls. We will cover reasonable return shipping when we require return of a qualifying item.
A difference in taste, color, aroma, capsule appearance, packaging, or other characteristic is not necessarily a defect if the product conforms to its label and applicable specifications.
Failure to achieve a desired health, wellness, or other individual result is not a product defect and does not expand the return rights in Section 3.
A carrier delivery scan or similar record is evidence of delivery, but we may consider other reliable information.
For a package reported lost, misdelivered, or stolen, we may require the customer to confirm the address, check the delivery location, contact household members or the carrier, wait a reasonable investigation period, sign a statement, or cooperate with a carrier, insurer, payment provider, or law enforcement inquiry.
After review, we may replace, refund, provide credit, or deny the request based on responsibility, available evidence, carrier findings, prior claims, and applicable law.
We are not responsible for loss occurring after proper delivery, theft after delivery, an address supplied incorrectly by the customer, or delivery instructions that increased the risk of loss, except to the extent applicable law provides otherwise.
If a customer experiences a suspected adverse reaction, the customer should stop using the product and seek advice from a qualified health professional. Call emergency services for a medical emergency.
The event should be reported promptly to cs@longevitypremier.com or 1-877-529-1118 so we can request the information needed for safety review and any legally required report.
We will evaluate an adverse reaction return separately from ordinary dissatisfaction. We may authorize return, replacement, refund, store credit, or another appropriate resolution after considering the available information and applicable law.
We may request the remaining product, packaging, lot number, use history, medications, medical information the customer voluntarily provides, and permission to follow up.
A refund or other resolution is not an admission that the product caused the event or was defective.
Do not return a recalled or potentially unsafe product until we provide instructions. We may direct the customer to preserve, return, or safely dispose of it. The Product Safety Allergen Adverse Event and Proposition 65 Notice also applies.
A customer may manage or cancel future renewals as provided in the Auto Delivery Terms and the Purchase Options Cancellation Policy.
Cancellation does not automatically cancel, recall, return, or refund an order that has already been processed.
A processed United States renewal order may be submitted for review under Section 3. A timely auto delivery cancellation that was not applied because of our processing error is handled under the Auto Delivery Terms.
Downloadable products, including ebooks and other digital content, are excluded from returns, refunds, and exchanges. This applies whether or not the product has been downloaded or accessed. This exclusion is subject only to rights that applicable law does not permit us to exclude.
The following are not eligible under Section 3 unless a qualifying defect, error attributable to Longevity Premier, product specific term, written exception, or mandatory law provides a remedy:
Sale items may be excluded at the discretion of Longevity Premier. A sale item is a product bought at a marked-down price, such as a price shown next to a crossed-out regular price. Discount codes, auto delivery pricing, bundle offers, and quantity discounts do not make a product a sale item. Section 8 still applies to a damaged, defective, incorrect, or missing sale item.
A bundle, bonus pack, buy one get one offer, gift with purchase, quantity discount, or similar promotion is treated as one economic transaction unless its disclosed terms state otherwise.
A customer seeking a full refund must return every required paid and free item in eligible condition. If only part is returned, we may apply the recalculation and deductions in Section 6.
A gift recipient may request a return if the purchaser and order can be verified.
Unless the purchaser designated the shipment as a gift and we approve gift credit, a refund is issued to the original payment method. A gift recipient has no right to receive cash or learn private payment information about the purchaser.
International orders are generally final sale because of shipping, customs, health, and reentry restrictions. We may consider an authorized international return when lawful and commercially reasonable.
Unless the return results from an error attributable to Longevity Premier or applicable law requires otherwise, the customer is responsible for outbound and return shipping, duties, taxes, brokerage, insurance, loss in transit, and charges imposed on reentry.
Damaged, defective, incorrect, or missing international orders are evaluated under Sections 8 and 9 with any adjustments required by the destination's law and the International Shipping Customs and Import Policy.
We may resolve a qualifying claim without requiring physical return when return is unlawful, unsafe, or disproportionate.
Consumers in the European Union, European Economic Area, United Kingdom, and other jurisdictions may have mandatory withdrawal, conformity, or refund rights and may also be subject to lawful exceptions for sealed health goods, digital content, or other categories. Those mandatory rights control over an inconsistent provision of this Policy.
Refusing delivery is not an authorized cancellation or return.
A package refused, unclaimed, rejected by customs, or returned because of an incorrect or incomplete address is not eligible for review until we receive, identify, and inspect it.
Where permitted by law, any refund may be reduced by outbound shipping, return shipping, carrier charges, duties, taxes, brokerage, storage, disposal, and other unrecoverable costs.
If the shipment resulted from our verified error, we will provide the remedy required under Section 8. International refusals and customs failures are also subject to the International Shipping Customs and Import Policy.
Nothing in this Policy limits a lawful right to dispute an unauthorized or incorrect charge with a payment provider.
We encourage the customer to contact us first because we may be able to resolve the matter more quickly.
If a chargeback or payment dispute is pending, we may pause a separate refund or credit until the dispute is resolved so that the customer does not receive duplicate recovery.
We may provide the payment provider with order, delivery, consent, communication, return, and account records relevant to the dispute.
A knowingly false, duplicative, or abusive dispute may result in account restrictions, refusal of future orders, and recovery of amounts lawfully owed, subject to Section 18 and applicable law.
The return program is not intended for repeated sampling, resale, product substitution, temporary use followed by return, false nonreceipt claims, return of goods purchased elsewhere, or other conduct inconsistent with this Policy.
Consistent with the Privacy Policy, we may link activity involving the same customer, household, address, device, account, payment method, telephone number, or other reasonably related identifier when evaluating patterns of misuse.
Where permitted by law, we may deny a request, reduce a refund under Section 6, require additional verification, limit future return privileges, cancel promotions, refuse future transactions, suspend an account, preserve or disclose relevant records, or refer suspected fraud to a payment provider, carrier, insurer, marketplace, or law enforcement authority.
We may take proportionate action before completing a review when reasonably necessary to prevent loss or protect product safety. We will correct the action if reliable information later shows it was mistaken.
We may revise this Policy prospectively by posting an updated version with a new effective date.
No employee, contractor, carrier, marketplace, or customer service representative may alter this Policy except through a written confirmation authorized by Longevity Premier. Our failure to enforce a provision in one matter is not a waiver.
If a provision is unenforceable, it will be enforced to the maximum extent permitted and the remaining provisions will continue in effect.
Headings and section summaries assist navigation and do not replace the operative text.
Nothing in this Policy disclaims or restricts a warranty, cancellation right, refund right, chargeback right, or other consumer protection that applicable law does not permit us to disclaim or restrict.
