I have been having lower back pain off and on for years and I did some research on Turmeric Curcumin. It's a great antioxidant, good for pain and a few other health benefits. It took about 3 weeks for my pain to start subsiding. I've been taking it for over 2 months and so for I'm pain free. I will probably continue taking this from now on. I got it at a great price, much cheaper and more powerful than a lot of the other brands. This is my second review of this product and I've been taking it for over 6 months. It has tremendously helped my back and shoulder pains. I will continue taking this product and my wife has started taking this product also. Thanks.
