It's very gentle and you don't get cramps. You simply go the next morning. If you have problems with bowl movement it will keep you regular no matter what. I'm an insomniac and this helps me sleep a little longer. It don't knock me out or put me to sleep, it simply allows me to fall back asleep more easily than when I do not take it. I'm strange and I live off of 3 to 4 hours a night but with this stuff I can sleep like normal people and get a few more hours in. I feel rested. Melatonin will make me feel lazy most of the day until it's completely out of my system, I hate that. But complete detox don't do me like that. As far as weight loss goes I believe there is only one way to lose weight and keep it off, exercise and eat less and eat right, so I was not paying attention to that side. However I didn't notice any change in my weight. It takes care of being bloated if you have issues with that. I love the stuff.

I broke my leg a few years ago and it caused me to get lymphedema a large swelling on my right leg. I need to exercise more, massage the area and start eating raw foods. I eat out to often and need to start detoxing my body.This Complete Detox really helps clean you out. I have been taking these the last few nights before going to bed and have absolutely no trouble going to the bathroom first thing in the morning. I have been waking up in the middle of the night to go. I don't know if these alone are causing the increased bathroom activity because I have also increased my fish oils and krill oils but these are helping. I feel lighter and have less bloating and cramping since taking this Detox Cleanse pills. I take 3 a day before bed. I would not take them during the day because the label say's not to drive if you are taking them. That is a weird disclaimer, I am assuming maybe they can make you drowsy but so far they have not had that effect on me. You get a bottle of 90 pills and it says to take 3 a day so this is a 30 day supply. Usually you are only supposed to Detox 7 to 10 days at a time. I am not sure if these aren't to be taken 30 days straight.
