MY husband has high blood pressure from being fat. plain and simple. lol. He was on medication for high bp but other symptoms were starting to occur and the doctor suggested that we try some off the internet. I figured at this price what is to lose! About 2 weeks now my husbands bp has been steady at the high end of normal. Its not his normal 190/140 range. He has been hitting the 150s/100 range (still high but alot better!). Overall these will do the job over time. I do recommend you see a doctor first then discuss your options. Its not the cure all for everyone but it does work for my husband.

I used this all natural Longevity Blood Pressure Formula and it seemed as if it worked for me. I checked my blood pressure before beginning to take and it was 159/93. I took this for a few days which I had checked it daily and saw just a slight decrease after a few day I could tell it was starting to drop a few points in both systolic and diastolic pressures. My blood press following a few days was 113/88. So I would say I'd recommend this formula if you have a need for it. It's always a good idea to check with your primary care physician before taking any supplement or OTC medicine.

I took this product for 3 months in an effort to reduce my blood pressure. I also cleaned up my eating habits and starting walking regularly. After three months, I went in for a BP recheck and my BP went from 142/91 to 125/84. A step in the right direction for sure. Unfortunately with blood pressure, there's no automatic cure short of pharmaceuticals. This is definitely a good piece to the puzzle for getting a healthier BP.

I've only used this product for a few days but there are a number of things I'm beginning to notice already. I bought this supplement for my mom who suffers from HBP. This product works! She took it exactly as described for one month and her blood pressure dropped a few points! Update: it's been about 2 1/2 months since my mom started taking this supplement. As I previously mentioned my mom's BP dropped a few points after the first month but now it's dropped even more!! My mom has chronic high blood pressure, usually never below 190, sometimes as high as 220. My mom's blood pressure is down to the 150-160 range! I absolutely attribute the drop to this supplement. She has been on medication for her BP for years and still had her readings up near the 200's.
