Being overweight, I've struggled with my high blood pressure and I've been on Lisinopril for many years now. I wanted to find an alternative that wouldn't give me any bad side effects. My experience with this formula: With consistent and recommended dosage does indeed lower blood pressure. I brought my pressure down about 10 points using this product for 2 weeks (3 capsules x2 =6 daily) or 15 days worth of product at maximum usage. I'm not sure what causes my pressure to rise, probably stress, processed food etc.. I will need further use to see if I can get my pressure regulated to normal levels without using conventional blood pressure medicine. This product does what its suppose to, it lowers blood pressure, at least it did for me. I have genetically high blood pressure in my family even though I am the only one who always low.
